HISTORY

The owner of ETA Aluminum Services started out sixteen years ago installing pool enclosures, soffit, siding, carports, and anything aluminum.  In the beginning the business ran out of his shed and backyard.  As a startup business there were little advertising dollars in the budget so the growth plan was built around establishing loyalty and trust with customers.  As a result, business evolved very quickly due to word of mouth.  Eventually, the company diversified with a wide array of products but in 1997 the decision was made to narrow the offerings to a few specialty products serving a niche market.   

The first product of choice was aluminum railing because the competition was minimal and after a year working for local competitors it was determined to be a product in high demand.  The decision to evolve from all other aspects of the industry and focus on railing proved to be a good one since consumer demand was (and still is) high for quality home enhancement products offered by an ethical company. 

Diversification into storm protection came after hurricane Andrew.  As the east coast of Florida frantically scurried to rebuild it was obvious that advance preparations to offer storm protection would prove beneficial along the West Central Florida Coastline.  Although storm protection on the Gulf Coast was not in high demand at that time, the effort and money invested in advance setup and preparations for the predicted demand proved to pay off after the 2004 hurricane season.  In spite of manufacturing from a limited 5,000 square foot facility, E.T.A. demonstrated its ability to provide a quality product with a minimal turnover time in relation to the competition.  

After proving itself a viable industry competitor the company moved into a 14,000 square foot facility where it currently operates in St. Petersburg, Florida while servicing dealers and homeowners nationwide and in the Cayman Islands.

Our mission is to supply the highest quality products that maximize the benefits to the end user be it commercial or residential owners.  Our goal is to provide a reliable product that will protect and improve the lives and tangible investments of consumers while offering them security and peace of mind.  We will exceed expectations in convenience, craftsmanship, value of product, and above all else customer service while providing a working relationship that is unsurpassed.
